Dr. Katarzyna Bochenska
Dr. Katarzyna Bochenska, FACOG, FACS
Dr. Bochenska completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology, and completing an Honors Thesis in Molecular Biology. After working in cancer research at the University of Chicago, she attended the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. Following medical school, she moved to Pennsylvania for residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Magee-Womens Hospital, where she served as Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Bochenska then return to Chicago to complete her Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Northwestern University.
Dr. Bochenska is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and is a member of several national and international organizations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Urogynecologic Society, and the International Urogynecological Association. Dr. Bochenska is also a member of the Polish American Medical Society. Her research interests have included lower urinary tract injury and quality improvement metrics.
Dr. Bochenska’s practice philosophy is to provide compassionate care and tailor treatment plans to each patient’s individualized goals and needs. She is fluent in Polish.
In her free time, Dr. Bochenska enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three kids.
